Listing Data: When you submit a listing URL for analysis, we scrape publicly available information from that listing (title, description, photos, amenities) to perform our analysis.

Usage Data: We collect IP addresses for rate limiting purposes, along with timestamps of analyses performed.

Payment Information: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details on our servers. We retain Stripe session IDs for transaction records.

• To provide and maintain our Service
• To process your AI analyses and deliver results
• To manage your account and credit balance
• To process payments through Stripe
• To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse

4. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Listing analysis data (scraped content and AI feedback) is retained until you delete the analysis or your account. IP address logs used for rate limiting are retained for 30 days.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Supabase — for authentication and database hosting
• Google (Gemini API) — listing data is sent to Google's Gemini AI for analysis. This data is processed per Google's API terms.
• Stripe — for payment processing

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, API key authentication between services, and atomic database transactions for financial operations.

• Delete your analyses at any time
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
