These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Davidson Business Group LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating under the brand name StayOptimizer. By accessing or using our website and services at stroptimizer.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

StayOptimizer provides AI-powered analysis and optimization recommendations for short-term rental listings. Our Service includes:

• Automated AI analysis of listing content, photos, and metadata
• Optimization recommendations for titles, descriptions, and amenities
• Professional expert reviews (when purchased separately)
• Credit-based usage system for AI analyses

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Credits and Payments

Each account receives 3 free AI analysis credits. Additional credits may be purchased at the prices listed on our website. Purchased credits do not expire. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final — purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

5. Expert Reviews

Expert reviews are performed by independent short-term rental professionals. Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed. Expert recommendations are advisory in nature and do not guarantee improved listing performance.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit listing URLs that you do not own or have authority to analyze
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate limiting
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal browser usage

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and AI models, is owned by Davidson Business Group LLC. AI-generated analysis results are provided for your personal use in optimizing your listings. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Davidson Business Group LLC does not guarantee that AI analysis or expert recommendations will improve your listing performance, bookings, or revenue.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Davidson Business Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
